The Idea Studio is an award-winning, Atlanta-based video production and animation company founded in 2012. We work with brands, organizations, and creative agencies across the U.S. and internationally, bringing together filmmaking, design, and marketing experience.
Our team combines producers, directors, editors, and animators with a trusted network of production specialists. We build the right team for each project, with a focus on thoughtful creative, clear communication, and careful execution.

Our Story
The Idea Studio began with a conversation in fall 2011 between creative director Todd Pringle and marketing strategist Tim Suggs. Their idea was to combine Todd’s video and film production background with Tim’s experience in digital marketing and strategy. In January 2012, they founded Atlanta Idea Studio.
As clients’ needs evolved, video production and post-production became the company’s primary focus. In 2020, the studio expanded its services to include 2D and 3D animation and rebranded as The Idea Studio, serving businesses across the U.S. and internationally.
